Aref leads the company to deliver exceptional design-build services for clients. Aref is primarily responsible with initial meetings with prospective clients and his main objective is to make sure project’s meet our rigorous expectations. As the company’s main general contractor he is very involved in projects from the onset.
Matthew Reinsant
Project Manager
Matt joined Modo Development in 2016 to help manage current construction projects. He utilizes Modo's systems to deliver efficient construction management and planning with subcontractors. Matt is responsible for pulling permits and coordinating with city planners, engineers and architects.
Benjamin Smidt
Designer/Procurement Manager
Ben helps position Modo Development as a high-end design development company. He is responsible for working with clients to help choose finishes and finalize design palettes. Ben is also responsible for procuring materials for projects during the finish phase.
